There really isn't much known about Soonyoung, having been found only a few days old in a box. There was a note on the inside with him, apologzing for not being able to care for the young boy. It had explained how he came to be, from a product of and the parent not having the heart to kill an innocent life by aborting it but neither having the will to raise a child who could possibly have the face of the man who did this to him. He was not given a name by his umma so the person who had found him, had named him Soonyoung or Hoshi for his nick name.

Despite not having any parents, Hoshi is a very happy child, always loving to play and share with other kids. Though he oddly likes to be in his pup form, his human form being a very hard way for him to walk and often walking into things. He is often called a clumsy yet cute little baby.
