Jihoon's generally a very kind, sweet boy, nice, if not a little bit awkward (and weird,
to be honest.) he's introverted, though, and depression + introversion = irritability
if around people for too long, for jihoon, at least. But still a generally sweet boy.
he loves dogs and cats (and snakes, he'll go on and on about those babies,), and
he usually spends his days writing poetry or knitting (when his joints let him.)
he's just generally a sweetheart. During depressive episodes, he's, well, essen-
tially he's a husk. numb, vaguely emotionless, no motivation. you really won't
see him much on those days, so don't worry (unless you're a nurse).

It's never fun waking up to your limbs ing up on you, but honestly, at this point? Jihoon was used to it. His body had been doing it since he was around 14, the sudden chronic pain affecting his body, mainly his legs, leaving him in a wheelchair, or supporting himself with a cane, for days on end. It really isn't much of a problem to him anymore, as he's gotten used to the pain(doesn't mean it doesn't hurt like a , though), and he was never really a sporty person, but it is super inconvenient. What is a real pain in the , though, is his depression. It's not all stupid romanticized like in the movies, no; it's the real . The 'cant get out of bed' . The 'I havent brushed my teeth in a week' . Usually he's fine, the casual suicide ideation, you know, the usual. But then he'll crash. And he'll ing burn. Sometimes it'll be in the goddamned middle of the day, those are the worst. He'll just suddenly lose all motivation to do anything, from moving to talking. It's all around a bad time. Sometimes it'll happen for days, too. And naturally, not moving at all when you have chronic pain is a very not good idea. His closest friend realized he was getting worse, not better, and convinced him to admit himself to Haverhill. The meds they have him on dull the pain, and help with the general numbness of depression, but it also leaves him with the motivation to hurt himself, should the idea arise. It's best to keep an eye on him.

NUMB:You know jihoon as his kind of shy, optimistic self, and you decide to visit him in his room, whether you're a doctor and you want to check up on him, or you're a patient who snuck out of your room for your friend. Either way, you're not prepared for the darkness of the room, or the stench, to be completely honest. it's not overwhelming, but it's so not...not jihoon. Yeah, you knew he was depressed, but you've never witnessed one of his episodes, until now. task number one: get him out of bed and into the shower.

Porcelain: You're used to sweet, put together, composed jihoon. yeah' he'll talk about his sucide ideations every once in a while, or he'll star a little bit too long at a scar, but you don't think to much to it-- the meds keep him fine, right? well, one day you learn, very quickly, that they in fact do not. to be ver honest, they just give him motivation to do things. Unfortunately, sometimes that means he has the motivation to actually try to off himself, as you learn. how you learn, you ask? well, you walk in on him, a stolen razor blade to his skin. it isn't pretty, it isn't ing romantic, it's terrifying, morbid, and now you have to be the one to stop him, to tend to the cuts he's already made.

I do mostly 3rd pov, but I wouldn't mind doing detailed first. My replies range from semipara to para, with the VERY OCCASIONAL multipara, sorry if my reply lengths are inconsistent,,,, I do all sorts of genres, honestly the only thing i can't deal with is overbearing fluff, and trying to force a romance plot.
