Description
BACKGROUND
Jin was only a baby when it all started, when the bombs were first dropped. Most of his family died with the explosion, his mom included, leaving him, his dad and his older sister alone. He grew up in a problematic household, as his dad had fallen into severe drepession and his sister was out more often than she was home, and Jin stopped leaving his room, only going out to eat or go to the bathroom. That was when he found his passion for dancing, it being his escape from the real world, as for when he danced, he only focused on that, forgeting all his problems.
His sister died half an year later, and his dad not long after, leaving him to live alone. It was hard at first, and Jin didn't know how to deal with the pain. Then he met some people who helped him through it. He smoked and drank with them to numb the pain, then he started getting into street fights, and going as far as dealing with them and for them, he got into a lot of trouble due to them and he later figured they weren't the right company for him, deciding to go on his own way. He never got rid of his smoking addiction and still drinks very often, and when in desesperation, he does some dealing business.
But he managed to go through it all, making him the independent boy he is today.
He finds it hard to make a living out of dance, but he never gave up his dream and keeps dancing until the present day, as the time he spends dancing is to him the best spent time.
Jin is against the government, not agreeing with the system they created, believing the system took away their freedom and right to make independent choices, and so he is against the matchmaking process as well and the injection everyone boy over 18 are forced to take.
PERSONALITY
Jin might look cold on the outside due to his appearance and to the fact that he keeps his face covered by a mask most of the time.
Contrary to what others might think, he is an easy going guy, who likes to be friends with the people who surround him, never wanting to go back to the same environment as his home once was, and so he'll talk to anyone who talks to him first without a problem. He doesn't trust easily though and is a reserved person who keeps his feelings to himself. It's hard for him to let anyone in but once he considers someone dear to him, he'll do anything he can to see that person happy.
Even though he doesn't share his deepest feelings, and thoughts, he won't keep quiet if attacked or mistreated.
He stands up for himself and what he believes in, having a strong personality.
Jin is used to doing things by himself and therefore he believes he doesn't need help from anyone and doesn't believe in love nor in long lasting relationships.
