Since his parents had a family-owned business, Baek had lived a pretty privileged life. Though raised to one day take over with his father's insistence, he'd never really had an interest in the type of work and instead, had plans of his own. He's always loved animals and found that he was more comfortable surrounded by them rather than trying to fit in with others. They were more trustworthy than his classmates had ever proved to be. There was even that saying that a dog was man's best friend. Since his childhood, Baek always had trouble fitting in. He can be a little socially awkward when it comes to meeting new people, but once he's comfortable with them, he can be a lot more outgoing.

Straight out of college, Baek decided to open up his own business, a small animal clinic, where he dedicates most of his time and effort. He's an open-minded guy who loves taking care of others, though he's a bit shy at first. Baek is very protective over people he cares about since he has trouble getting close to others, and he would do anything in his power to keep them happy. Though timid at first, he's a bit of a people pleaser so to say. He may have a financially stable background, but he convinced his parents to let him be independent and make a living for himself by his own means. So far, he's been doing pretty well on his own, and his animal clinic has surprisingly been thriving despite his parents' initial uncertainty.
