Description
chapter one
crimsoned goddess
the first time she blessed his life with her ethereal existence was when she appeared before his eyes with the winter snow billowing around her rubied hood. the essence of the woman was in her entirety, beautiful — god loved her so, that even the ground recognized her gentle tread, and where she walked, the wind blew to assist her forward whilst the trees swayed to her subdued breaths because the very molecules she exhaled were alight with something unnameable. never had he seen a woman so exquisite, and when their eyes met, she smiled a smile so tender like the stars themselves decided to rest behind the soft cushion of her roseate lips. and him?
he found himself blissfully drowning in those liquid pools of umber that broke past his barriers and pierced straight into his soul. he was completely bewitched by her, wrapped around her slender fingers upon first glance and perhaps what was most dangerous about her was that she was so disarmingly unaware of her beauty. if the gods were real, he told himself, then this woman was their masterpiece. she was too good to be true, far too surreal — a sin, disguised as a blessing. however, when she reached out to him with that dainty hand and euphonious voice pleading for salvation, he decided that sometimes it paid, to have little faith.

chapter two
stolen breaths and gifted curses
the enigmatic luster that complimented a pair of glacial irises and the provocative curl of his lips merely served as silent proof of the fact that he truly was, aware of his own sin tucked beneath rippling muscles and smooth skin. a privilege that merely fueled his licentious nature whilst he deflowered the angel lying beneath him stark , exposed and vulnerable. he was willingly shackled by dalliances and revelled in the lack of commitment, a fact that in the end, merely fell upon deaf ears. he, her savior with his lithe digits tangled within her silken strands, mouth pressed against hers in a zealous kiss and hips pistoning into her without relent — shook her to the core.
the seductress herself became seduced, she found herself unable to solely lust after him. to her, he was extravagent — a being of unimaginable prowess as he was winsome by nature. she desired him, craved him inexplicably despite the fact there was no love more forbidden than theirs or more damned by any god. she was prepared to abandon her faith and be foraken by her maker for him and yet, her love was left unrequited. her interest was dangerous, but her love, was lethal and if she couldn't have him — not even the gods could. for the price he couldn't pay for her vanity, she intended to make him pay. in an everlasting curse.
