Yifan's beginning to life was as ordinary as they come, a mother and father who apparently loved each other so much that they decided to reproduce resulting in somewhat closeted narcissistic bastard he is today. But -- there's always some sort of catch isn't there? Ah yes, his mother and father were forbidden to even be near each other much less be caught interbreeding with each other. It's a well known mystery to only him and select relatives on how he actually was allowed to live past birth. He lives his life in the shadows with not much to say, hands dug into his pockets where they feel most comfortable. The reason for his silence isn't because of his lack of things to say, it's because he was taught what he has to say doesn't quite matter. Until he came to Azrael prep, he was just another face in the crowd. A voice that wasn't meant to be heard. He was slapped with the stereotypical beta characteristics and sent on his way into the world, whispers of his past looming over him like a dark rain cloud -- threatening to spill. He keeps them trapped in a glass, bottling them up over time as he was taught.
