Gunhak had considered becoming an idol, a celebrity in the music industry, and, although he got very far and very close to debut, he eventaully gave up after years of trying when he just couldn't find anyone that he could trust. He decided to fall back on his studies in early childhood education, knowing that his passion for taking care of and nurturing children was just as strong as his passion for music. He's been working with young children for the past few years and he's finally found a school that he enjoys working for. The only problem he constantly encounters is the parents of the kids. They love just how much their kids adore him, which he is fine with, but they also just fawn over him to his face, as in consistently hitting on him, even when the children are around. He came across a card for Black Paradise Club while he was cleaning up his classroom and decided to see what it was out of curiosity. He's still new to the club but he's interested in trying things out, thinking it'd be a good way to relieve stress from work.

personality

Gunhak comes off as very cold, very stern and very strict to most people. The only ones that really see a different side of him are his students, or his kids as he calls them. Even the parents and guardians of his students don't get to see that side of him, no matter how much they'd like to. Once someone gets close to him, they learn that he is extremely shy and extremely sweet. He doesn't like to fight but he does enjoy roughhousing with his close friends. He's very protective and can be quite argumentative but he's also careful not to hurt someone, verbally or physically. He may or may not have a thing for cute people so he can easily find himself fawning over those that he thinks are cute, even if he isn't actually aware that he's doing it. The closer you are to him, the more playful he is and the more kind he is but just be prepared to be babied, most likely if you're younger, and scolded, most likely if you're older.

Ever since you first saw Gunhak, whether you were dropping off, picking up or filling in for a parent-teacher meeting, you've been really drawn to him. He doesn't seem like he's interested in dating anyone, especially those involved with his students. You learn that you're one of many that's vied for his attention and affections, wanting him to look to you even just a little bit, but he feels impossible to get through to no matter how hard you try. One day though, you happen upon a chance to get closer to him when he gets hurt heading into school. It's nothing more than a hand scraped on the ground as he's entering the school but you give the first aid he needs and he's not as scary as he seems. He seems a little less cold to you now but it's up to you to get that door to open up even more.

You guys were really close friends back in high school (or college/uni) but just naturally split ways, especially with him trying to get into the music industry. You recognize his face when you run into him at the club but it just so happens that he doesn't seem to recognize you, not that you're surprised. When you see him, he looks really out of it but not exactly drunk, especially since you know that he doesn't like alcohol. He never has. He's never been into things like that but when you see who's with him, you're not surprised. Gunhak is still new to the club and doesn't know who to avoid and the person he's currently heading to the bar with is one of those people, someone who keeps their dirty deeds very undercover but is known to a decent amount of club patrons (namely subs) for being overly aggressive. You worry that Gunhak is in danger but, when you go to save the day, he's pleading for more than one thing. How will you roll the dice?

plot three ( Stardom / Genres: Romance; Fluff; Friendship / Possible Genres: ; Drama / (Possible) Trigger Warnings: Mentions of self-harm ): You two were trainees together, traveled from company to company together, too, just wanting to make it big, to change the world with your music. Only difference is that he gave up. You hadn't expected Gunhak to just disappear like he did but you also couldn't say that you didn't understand why he did it. He'd given so much of his time and energy into people that did nothing but betray him. Sure, you weren't one of them but you knew he'd been broken so many times that there wasn't anything that you could do to save him. You'll be making it big soon, your big debut (or you've debuted already) and so you head back to your hometown for a vacation. Surprise, you find out Gunhak's moved back into town and that he's quite popular at the child care center in the neighborhood. You work up the nerve to go see him and invite him out for a drink or even a meal. He accepts but, once you two are out together alone, he seems much more distant than you expected him to be.
