20 years as a human.
jamm worked on creating small robots since he was small, he would destroy his small car toys and invent something different. his ideas and talent weren't really noticed by his family, he was just one of their shut in kid that had no friends and had no life. they got rid of him as soon he hit 18 gave him some money and told him to go live abroad. instead of that jamm bumped into a scientist, jamm was aknowledged right away. he was introduced into more serious work, codes and everytype of metal. it was still secret back then even if people would hear what was happening in that lab no one would believe and call the person crazy, tell him that he washed too many sci-fi movies. but to jamm it was heaven, everyday he learned something new. they were working on creating the very first human like robot. it took them months to just solve one problem only to bump into another. jamm then had a real full name, the name that was known world wide for being genius who invented robot pets, he hinted the media that he had something more big coming up but before that big day he got into an accident. he remembers the cold air freezing his fingertips on a cold christmas night, his own panting that has gotten weaker and weaker then suddenly bright lights approaching and a man asking for his name, the surroundings changed and the last thing he heard was a doctor asking for jamm's father like figure to approve a surgery.

30 years as a robot?
the scientist disapproved and sneaked jamm's body out to his lab, all the signs showed that jamm was about to die. what happened next was jamm waking up in shock, first thing he did was check the leg he remembered broken, his bleeding hand that was just fine once he touched it and mostly most important the ribs he definitely heard cracking before he fell hard on the ground. the first thing he saw after then was his dear scientist's. and then long explanation happened how he had to dismantle their soon to be first human like robot success and use its parts on to keep jamm alive. however jamm wasn't a truly robot. a long explanation happened of what parts were used and why. he now had wires all over his body, his brain too were half unhuman, the dead part was changed with robot parts, where all wires connected, his broken bones too were replaced or you could say upgrated. jamm had few functions that humans wouldn't have, he had the skin that would never dry out and a heart that would receive electric shock whenever it is about to stop beating. between him and his savior, he was called the number one robot. jamm lived under the code name jamm as he wasn't allowed to use his true name, so many people dreaming to live forever, it would become dangerous in the world knowing there is one.

shortly jamm decided on devoting his life to creating robots, his savior was murdered as he suscpected jamm accident was no accident but before police could even investigate he died as he was the only one who could give proof. jamm swore to never tell anyone his name and created the best robots for humans to make both sides happy and understand each other. jamm renovated the science lab and created jamm shop. he would only go out to talk business mostly other than that he was shut in for whole 30 years. magically didn't go crazy. people helped him so well, he had people to talk and wouldn't have made anything on his own..
