details: lalisa manoban was born on the 27th of march of the year 2000 at bangkok, thailand. both of her parents are muggles, and they certainly weren't expecting her to receive a letter at the age of 11. she quickly realized that some people do not like muggle-born witches, and for a whole two years, she's suffered from it. by the third year, she's fought against them and won, but ended up in detention most of the time. she never regretted this, and since then, she's very careful about her family background. every holidays, she visits her home back in thailand and stays there for the whole break. she has never told anyone of her situation, even her family. sure, some students might have heard of it before, but she tends to keep her background to herself.
lalisa has a tawny owl she calls emi (even though the owl is a male).
her wand is alder wood with a phoenix feather core. it's 13 inches long, and surprisingly swishy flexibility. she's also been practicing to use non-verbal spells.
her patronus is a sparrow.
her best classes are potions and defense against the dark arts.

details: lalisa is an extremely positive and cheerful individual. there's not a day where a smile isn't plastered on her face, and she loves seeing smiles on her friends' (her very few and countable by one hand) friends, which is why she always tries her best to cheer everyone around her up. she gets easily excited about random things, and one can easily lure her with the promise of new knowledge. she likes to find new things, and because o this, she often puts herself in trouble by ignoring the limits of her own capacities. she wants to see how far she can get, and she wants to test the end. she doesn't like not knowing things, and sometimes - always - she becomes too curious for her own good.
she's usually in a good mood, unless you catch her in the middle of experimenting spells - she'll definitely surprise you with how much she can change in a span of seconds, if she hasn't knocked you out with the spell she's practicing anyway.
she's smart and a quick learner. when she isn't actively looking for new things, she's usually found reading a book - both fictional novels and educational materials. despite her being smart, she's rather prone to forgetting events in her life. easily. more easilyy than normal.
