Ever since Choi Yerim stood on stage for a school performance, she has loved the feeling of the lights on her and the crowd's stares. From that moment on, her dream to become an idol was sparked. Her parents had thought it was merely a childhood dream so they signed her up for dance school, but as Yerim grew up, her dream to become an idol still remained intact. Her parents disapproved of it, saying that it was not a secure job, but also because they did not want Yerim to feel stressed from the life of a celebrity. However, Yerim secretly practised still, and even auditioned for YPJ Entertainment, in which she managed to pass. Thinking that the life of a trainee would put her off, her parents let her join the company at the age of 10. Now 16, Yerim has been training for 6 years but her debut has been pushed back over and over again because the company did not think she was fully prepared due to her young age. After the success of another trainee from YPJ on another survival show, Yerim decided to plead with her company to let her join in order to prove her talents not only to her company, but also to her parents, especially her mother in the hospital.
PERSONALITY
Yerim is positive and energetic, a smile always present on her face. She tries to see the best in everyone and always tries her best at anything she does. She's a people-pleaser, which isn't always the best, such as when she agrees with everyone's opinions all the time which leads to others becoming annoyed, or simply being bullied because she seemed like a pushover like in school. She has low self-confidence, always worrying about whether she is actually talented enough to debut or whether she may have offended someone, but because of her positive personality she tends to ignore these and bottle them inside.

Any genre is fine except . I tend to lean towards lighter stuff like fluff but I like angst every once in a while.
