Jimin was born to rather well off parents but he never once let that dictate who he was or how he was going to get through life. With one parent a Doctor and the other a Lawyer Jimin applied himself very hard in school with the intention of following in the footsteps of his parents. Once he hit highschool and finally delved into biology he found a new love and something he was more then a little good at. Genetics fell into place for Jimin without much thought and it didnt take much for him to convince his parents that genetics was the path he needed to follow in his life. It was a love like he had never experienced before that, and his parents could clearly see that when watching their only child.

They seemed rather proud of him and his choices even thought it wasnt one of the things they had intially hoped he would have got into, and he proved it was the right choice when he powered through high school, got a scholarship into a top university and from there worked to complete a degree or while working in a genetics lab. The one problem with Jimin focusing all his attention on his schooling meant he has had very little social interactions.

Sub Section

Its rare to see Jimin without a microscope of some kind of book on genetics. Whether he is learning more or testing things out Jimin lives for the science and tries to help those out the best he can, as long as he doesnt have to actually be social.

When Jimin was young he spent time playing like most of the other kids did but his playing was always somewhat educational. He found a deep deep love of studying and learning new things but in turn lost his ability to socialise with other kids. He found himself spending more time with his teachers asking questions or simply sitting the the library. This all in turn made Jimin somewhat Shy. Unless he is talking about something he loves or understands he tends to not talk at all, and sometimes even forgets basic respect for others. He can appear very cold and blunt as he often just says what he is thinking, if asked, though he would prefer to keep quiet. Hes pretty hopeless at anything but his work including things like cooking or even washing his own clothes yet he can be very stubborn and prefers to do things alone wanting to prove that hes not just some kid given his young age.
