after losing his mother to a tough battle of cancer, wonwoo's father arranged him to be wed to wealthy family only to be scammed of their money, putting them in great debt. TO HELP FINANCIALLY SUPPORT HIS FATHER AND HIMSELF, wonwoo started to work night shifts at the convenience store, finding that the lack of people who came in at midnight made it easier TO  NOT ONLY EARN MONEY BUT ENOUGH for him to sneak in  EXTRA time to study.

as a pasttime, wonwoo goes windowshopping in hopes that one day he'll be free to spend his money on something he likes for once.

wonwoo suffers from insomnia due to the anxiety and stress of managing the hosuehold on his own, also believing that instead of sleeping he could be doing something much more productive.

wonwoo tends to be rather quiet in class especially when studying but is a very outspoken person once comfortable around the person. he is very polite and formal around strangers and acquaintances thought quite stubborn when it comes to things that he needs.
