BACKGROUND: First and foremost, Amber is well-versed in tackling mental and emotional disorders, not dysfunctional marriages, so why is she (a renowned psychologist in her field of expertise) invited to participate in this show and counsel opposing parties joint by matrimony. Secondly, although it isn't known to public, she was raised and bred from a broken family, so again, why was she invited to rekindle an almost-dead fire of two strangers when she can't even save her parents' sinking relationship. Lastly, she isn't fit for the job-- how could she help two people regain that passionate fiery when she herself hasn't experienced that kind of love (honestly, she did once, but it ended with too much of a heartbreak that she chose to bury it in the past). 

As she sat on her chair, waiting for her clients, she wondered again, Why am I here?
