About the black hands

Unlike the other teams, this team is not focused on combat prowess and quite large in comparison. The black hand is a network of smugglers, merchants, suppliers and distributors, as well as intelligence agents spread across (and beyond) Toshima. Not many of the members know each other, but the team comes together under key figures like Rina and other important members. Their slogan : The strong man bows to the merchant, shows their ambitions in Toshima. Even if they are not physically strong, they can still hold power over others, as long as they are the ones providing food, medecine, weapons and information about loved ones on the outside. To summarize, they are traders, merchants and spies.

Rina founded the team with 16, armed with a vast network of personal connections and the black hands exploded since then. Naturally she did not do this on her own, rather weak, self. She has a right and a left hand (both positions still open, PM me if interested). The other teams usually tolerate the black hand, but they are feared as well. Noone knows how much control they really have over products in Toshima. What they do know, however, is that the Executioner regularly visits them to 'keep them in place' and convey the will of the Manager.
