a concubines son - that's what the public saw him as, and to them he was no prince. being the half brother of the former king of tradian before the kingdom took it's fall, Park Jeongsu was born to the concubine of the king befores. Since he was no real heir to the throne, no one recognized him as a prince and instead made sure to laugh and rub it in his face everytime they seen him. Park Jeongsu was a name known around the country, and because of that when he decided to go into hiding he had to change his name, the only way he could travel far and not have anyone recognize him as the bastard son. Having moved far away at the age of 17, the boy had no contact to his family since then except for letter here and there from his elder brother. After being hidden for so long many people forgot the name Jeongsu and forgot about the bastard son.
With contact of his brother, jeongsu was able to come to the castle here and there with no one recognizing him and thus heard of the attacks that were bound to happen on the royal family. Distraught there wasn't much that he could do for saving the entire family knowing that doojoon wouldn't leave his castle without a fight as he always throught it would have been cowardly of a king to do so. With that Jeongsu helped who he can and fled the kingdom, going into hiding shorlty again.

Jeongsu went into hiding again shortly after hearing that the attacks were soon going to come forth on the kingdom of tradian as he knew that if he was found out of his status, he too would be killed. Not hearing anything from his brother after a few years Jeongsu thought it was safe to say that he was murdered, especially with news that the new king ruled over both the kingdom of Grimor and the kingdom of tradian, now becoming one country.
Jeongsu decided that it was time to come out of hiding once again and find his family, and anyone that was left of the kingdom of tradian, anyone who supported his hopes in taking back their kingdom.
