ABOUT.  born in japan and adopted into a one person household, her mother took her in as an attempt to start a new chapter in her life. despite it being only the two of them, they struggled together financially until her mother began having interest in cooking. tasting all the failed and - horrendously - burnt food, she eventually learned how to cook. within months, one of her cooking videos went viral and thus, she made connections to the food industry, specifically in south korea. soon enough, they traveled to south korea where momo would finally be able to gain some friends. she discovered her own calling in gangnam, watching buskers dance to the latest hit. in order to continue her drive, she contacted one of the squads and learned under their wing. word of star survivor started surfacing, and with her squad encouraging her, she auditioned and - miraculously - got in. with limited korean, she hopes to be an idol and provide for her family within years to come.

momo is hardworking, generous, but a little insecure. she doesn't know how to confront people about her feelings making her a bit stand-offish. she doesn't intend to hurt anyone but if there's any harm done to her friends, then she'll have to throw some hands.
