Older brother ran away leaving Karma to fend for himself. To get their family out of debt he followed in his mother's footsteps and ed himself for years. Got founded by someone who offered him money to "recruit" unsuspecting women and men to the red light district as es and made money off of them instead. Soon after he got recruited to work in black market after his hard work and showing he's worthy enough to do his current job. Because of his personality, others thought he was like some kind of emotionless being who is a good fit for this sort of job.
