always having a special flair for the dramatics, the lively yoon bora was a natural born actress. as a little girl she would put on puppet shows and create elaborate stories to make her loved ones happy. in school bora assisted with play productions and often was the leading lady, stealing the show away even in her smallest of roles.
unfortunately, bora's ambitions for the theatre were put on the back burner as her family life became more and more difficult to maintain. her parents separated while she was still in grade school, leaving her mother to care for the girl alone. bora saw less of her mother over the years as she would take on strange nighttime jobs.
mrs.yoon would bring even stranger men back home, all of which were greedy or violent in their own ways. finally bora had enough of feeling constantly afraid and ran from home at the age of seventeen. since then she has made a living for herself doing small acting jobs and working with cameramen on sets.
personality
bora often goes out of her way to be sweet, bubbly, and optimistic. she tries her best to put others before herself, which often leads to issues with her self–esteem and not taking complete care of herself. she worries how she is seen by others and will act even in her day–to–day life when it suits her.
she is emotionally vulnerable and can easily be manipulated or deceived. even when she knows she is being taken advantage of, bora will often allow it to continue in fear of losing something. she bottles many of her problems until she is forced to face them or snaps.
having felt alienated during her childhood, bora craves human connection and approval of almost any kind. if she makes a new friend or even a professional contact, she may become clingy and extremely eager to please them no matter the cost.
