Contradictory to his night job, Minseok is very childish, though he knows when to be serious. He works hard, though he doesn't need to. And he mimics personalities. If you treat him well, he'll do the same; give him hell and you'll wish you were in hell. He always seems aloof from the world and with his actions he'll seem like a normal and decent person. But truthfully, Minseok is attentive, calculative, and very manipulative; he always has a reason for nearly everything he does. Though he lives in two separate lives, he can't really say that he is lying, because he is true to both personas. Both are true to him and are very similar though they contradict each other.
As an adolescent, Minseok grew up in a humble household, that is until he finds out the horrifying truth of his family. At age 16, he finds out his father is a member of the mafia and his kind facade was a front to hide his more abusive truth. Long story short, he finds out when he witnesses his mother being beat and gets fatally, trying to save her. Due to the sudden trauma, Minseok becomes mute and eventually is pulled out of school and away from society. Minseok continues his to endure the abuse from his father and grows depressed and angry, though he doesn’t show it. At age 18, he finally has enough of his father's abuse and decides to fights back. Plotting and successfully executing a plan that would keep him from trouble. During another one of his father's violent episodes, he shoots his father. After killing his father, something within him snaps and it's like his anger is cured. He is put through trial and is let off, due to his actions being for self-defense, with years in rehab for trauma and screening for any psychotic tendencies. He passes with flying colors, as he's had 16 years of living normally, and learns to hide the fact that he enjoyed the feeling of killing. With a self-resolution to his toxic situation, Minseok began talking again and eventually getting his life together. Living freely, he's now become a budding killer, looking for a mentor to refine his techniques as "No Man."
