Section oo1 : history / about

Much like most things in Dabin's life, Dabin herself was a surprise to her mother.  Never had her mother expected to have gotten pregnant by her boyfriend, and neither did she expect him to run away half way into the pregnancy.  Finances were tight and Dabin's mother had almost considered dropping the newborn dabin off at the steps of a church with the hopes that a good samaritan would bring the baby to a better future.  however she had a change of heart and decided to raise dabin with the help of her parents.  Dabin's mother tried her best to raise her with as much love and care that she could possibly give, except this proved to be a difficult task when dabin reached the age where she attended school.

Dabin would seldom see her mother as she began working long shifts at her job.  After school, she would play in the alleys behind her grandparent's restaurant, until her mother came to pick her up.  This continued until she was old enough to be left at home alone. And as Dabin got older her mother became much stricter, scolding her for being reckless, partially because she didn't want her daughter to face the same troubles that she did.  It created a rift between the mother and daughter that wouldn't be mended until Dabin reached near adulthood.  

Dabin's love for travel developed from something that she was never allowed to do.  Her peers would come back from vacations where they went to foreign countries, Dabin would spend another day stuck at her Grandparent's shop or the inside of her own room.  She grew accustomed to fixating her attention on the tv screen where journalists catalogued various unique attributes of different countries. and she wished that it was her.  

Dabin's academic performance was fairly decent, she had good grades but she wasn't interested in going to college, she wanted to become a flight attendant.  She only attended because her mother convinced her that she'd have an easier chance at finding a job.  But after two years, Dabin dropped out and began searching for an airline to hire her.  Luckily, offers came quick, and she began working for Korean Airlines.  Soon after she became a flight attendant, Dabin began recording her experiences in foreign countries for the fun of it.  She's content with the life she leads right now, wanting nothing more than to continue travelling.
