Early Life: 
"I have a black heart, black feelings, black emotions and black dreams. My present and past is black."

I was a mistake born from a night of reckless lust,  infidelity and one-sided obsessive love. My mother was dangerously infatuated with my father, it's his exceedingly handsome looks and wealth that compensated for his horrible personality. Women to him were like tissues, to be used and thrown away. So it still remains a mystery why he didn't abandoned us. We were ostracized from the rest of the family, my father visited us once every three months whenever his itched or he needed someone to vent out his irrepressible anger on. My mother would be the victim of his brutish abuse and I, for shielding my mother.

"Today, my forest is dark. The trees are sad and the butterflies have broken wings. "
How long did she survive with the broken pieces of her heart and wounded self-esteem? With her failing body which couldn't bear any further abuse, she lived on for 11 years more, with the hope of her feelings getting reciprocated and for her son to have a happy life. Eventually, she gave up. Took her own life, a single deep slit in her wrist. Something broke inside me that night.

Wooseok doesn't know why this unfamiliar old man(boss of Sung pa)  took him under his wing, trained him and took care of him like his own. But it was the remotest thing that Wooseok could associate to a fatherly love.  There was a lot of animosity in the gang once the youngest brat was chosen as their new boss but with time he proved his worth.

Personality: 
He is a hypocrite that raves on about how horrible his father was/is but in actuality, Jung Wooseok is twice as toxic, ruthless and cruel. He doesn't possess empathy( or so he projects) and can be extremely materialistic. He also has somewhat of a superiority complex amplified with a dash of narcissism and a whole lot of temper. He more or less turns into a psychopath when on a 'hunt'. Also, he doesn't trust easily. So don't be surprised if he kicks the door down and points a gun to your head if you stay in the toilet for too long. Wooseok is a dumb intellectual, he is academically too gifted and personally too lazy. Introducing the flip side; In private, Wooseok is nothing but a demanding brat. He spends most of his time in the office -"strategizing" which is the code word for playing video-games or binging on his favourite anime series. He can be sarcastic and often playful, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he is the leader. He'll capture what he wants, by force if needed. He is very possessive of things/people he likes and surprisingly very loyal.

Trivias:
❇ He loves sweets things especially mini cakes.
❇Lee Sihwan is his bodyguard/friend/advisor and the most important of all, his cook. The only person who knows everything about Wooseok.
❇Aside from being skilled at all types of combat, he is able two classical instruments(piano& violin), a lyricist and sketch artist.
❇He needs sleeping pills to put him to sleep since he keeps having nightmares without them.
