Dreamade is one of the world's most popular dating companies and has amassed millions of dollars in profit. 

Of course Jinsook didn't create it. She's just close to the woman who did. She works as Dreamade's President Evelynne Hillington-Redmond's closest assistant. Jinsook isn't actually a big fan of her, but the job pays well enough for her to get a nice apartment in the city.

She is hardworking and patient and a leader. Softspoken, yes, but she carries an aura of importance that doesn't need to be proclaimed. But she is almost too softspoken. She's secretive enough to make those close to her question it, therefore she doesn't let anyone close. She doesn't want to and doesn't exactly know how to. 

Too many demons plague her.

Jinsook's father was everything to her mother. Her first love, her best friend, her husband. He was kind and thoughtful and loved her to the moon and back. They were in their mid thirties when they decided to have a kid. They were to have a beautiful baby girl and live the life of their dreams.

Then, three months before Jinsook was born, her father was killed in a horrifying bus accident.

She doesn't remember her mother ever being okay. She knows she must have been before the incident, but how else should you feel when the love of your life dies? The depression caused the woman to quit her job. She couldn't handle it, nor could she handle the baby, but she told herself to keep her daughter safe just for him. 

When Jinsook was two years old they were out on the streets. Up until she went to college she moved from family member's houses to shelters to cars to under bridges, anywhere they could get to find a place to lay their heads. Her grandparents begged her mother to let Jinsook live with them but she refused. It was the last piece of him she had left, she had to take care of her for him, its not what he would've wanted. 

The last she heard from her mom was when she was off to college with the money she herself had made. She only did a year of it before getting her office job. She never spoke to her mother for she didn't have a way to contact her, but her worry and dread brought her to her limits. 

She made a deal with the devil. She sacrificed her entire family's memory of her, all records of her existing with them. All of it gone, just for her.

Her mother.

Jinsook can't contact her now. She doesn't even live close to her to check on her. But the demon said he gave her a home, that he had given her her first love back. That's all she can hold on to.

She doesn't want to let go.
