Taeyang is one of the angels that once fought alongside Lucifer and included in the 1/3 of angels who were cast out from heaven. He fought, showing his loyalty to him that the king of demons awarded him with so much trust that anyone can't think off. The demon king grants him powers that can be compared with the power of the king and gives him the privilege to sit by his side but greed is not present in him and instead of holding a very high position in hell he chooses to work away from the demon's king sight and restrain himself from using the power he has. 

Everyone can see him appearing and disappearing in the room and when he stays he gives the vibe of uninterested to anything or anyone, he just likes to sit in his throne and watch everyone doing anything. When someone catches his attention he usually shifting them to an animal that he can pet and their small body. aside from that he rarely joins the conversation in the room. 

In spite of having great power Taeyang only uses teleportation, restraining someone's mobility, telekinesis, and transformation not only to himself but to the others as well. He usually has the stoic expression on his face and exhibits unconcerned care to anyone masking his inner self, the one who once an angel but got stained by someone's greed making him powerful but broken inside.
