Jihoon is known for being the ideal omega, in appearance only. He's small and cute, but his attitude is anything but. Most alpha, depending on their personality, either ignore the little omega or end up getting extremely angry with him. And nothing good ever happens when Jihoon makes someone mad, intentionally or not. As a child he would always start fights, or at least that's what it looked like to the teachers.
