Born into a poor family, Elizabeth made her parents very happy despite the lack of money and so did her twin brother. By the age of eleven she had lost both of her parents in a war her small homeland had been caught up in the middle of. Angry at the world for taking something so precious from her and her brother, she became astray in her rage and with no guidance the child was an easy target for all the worst kinds of people.

Found on the streets, skinny, starved, cold and unwanted, Elizabeth and her brother were taken into an embrace she would later come to regret. Wanted for their unique "gifts", the twins were forced into using their powers and strengthening them enough that they could be used as weapons by their captors. Elizabeth found a power in hexes, powerful magic at her fingertips and capable of killing a grown man three times her size as she would prove.

She always knew she could handle the abuse, but when it came to her twin and seeing him mistreated long into their teenage years, the woman snapped as she had finally reached her limit. Killing the guards, the scientists, and everyone in between, the woman's biggest regret was ever letting her twin talk her down from killing their captor last.  In a moment of distraction and with the building collapsing around them, Elizabeth was separated from her brother and has not seen him since.

Having traveled long and far, the young woman is now nearing thirty years of age and is lonelier than ever before. Trying her best to use her powers for what she thinks is good, with little guidance and no friends or family, Elizabeth finally came across Halloweentown where she has found work on the outskirts. Though still lonely, she prefers the distance as whilst those within Halloweentown are so similar to her, she fears hurting people again. So instead she keeps an  eye out, a kind of... silent guardian angel though if you were to ask her, she'd say she fell from god's graces a long time ago.
