jimin was just 10 years old when he lost his family. he was just an innocent little kid, too naive to really realize the dangers the world had to offer much less the glowing red eyes that lingered in the darkness. he was a boy with many dreams. a boy whose spirit was so high and infectous, he was loved and cherished by many.

but that night changed him. he lost the boy he once was; the boy who always smiled and laughed. the boy who saw brightness and life in anything.

jimin had just came back from his first day at school when he noticed something was wrong. normally, his parents are right there waiting for him at the driveway. but they weren't there. so he ran down the driveway with a churning feeling in hit gut.

something was wrong. something was very, very wrong.

but the sight he was greeted with when he opened the door was a sight that would never leave his mind.

his parents and eldest sibling lay dead on the kitchen floor. their eyes wide, lifeless and dim but jimin could see the terror in them. they had been killed; drained dry of their blood. there was no one around, no one he could go to. but jimin was still smart, his parents always reminded him of what to do when there was an emergency so he dialed 911 and the cops came. they told him a vampire killed his family. but they seemed troubled. apparently, vampires were a bit more docile in the beginning. they rarely ever attacked humans so this attack puzzled them.

not too long adter, the laws against vampires were created and jimin had been discovered by the vampire hunters clan in busan. they took him under his wing and teached him their ways. they teached him how to fight and kill vampires. 

right now, jimin is a "normal" college student. he is 19 years old and a freshman in seoul's top university majoring in dance.

jimin maintains the "innocent act." meaning he wears glasses, large sweaters, and is the typical wallflower type of person. while being shy and quiet is actually in his nature, it helps with the act he puts up. 

after all, no one has ever suspected park jimin of being a skilled hunter.

aside from being in college, he has a full-time job as a librarian in the public library just down the street from his university.

jimin is now considered an ace in his clan. he's powerful in his fighting skills; mastering the way of bow and arrow so quickly, he got the nickname hawkeye. for he can hit any moving target at any speed, can do that while not looking or blindfolded, amongst other things.

jimin's real personality is quiet by nature. he doesn't speak a whole lot but when he does, people around him tend to listen to his words. he analyzes everything with the eyes of a hawk, hence the nickname 'hawkeye' and never had anything slipped from his fingers. jimin's keen, smart, extremely fast on his feet, and swift. other than that, he's a normal 19 year old kid that likes anime and action movies, like nature hitch-hiking, and like eating maybe a little too much junk food. sometimes, he allows himself to slip out of his hunter persona and let his normal side show. but it's rare.

jimin came up with the "innocent" act a couple years ago. he figured it would make hunting much more easier; seeing as if he played weak and frail and easily frightened, a crazed vampire would target him and single him out. and it always worked. jimin would get targetted by a crazed vampire but the vampire was always no match to jimin's hunter persona. jimin uses glasses to mask his hawk eyed vision to act as if he can't see well. he wears baggy clothing to hide his stashes of pure silver daggers but to also hide his muscled form; to appear weak and innocent to hungry eyes. he plays the wallflower act too well.

jimn's top and most favorite weapon to use in combat is a given. the bow and arrow. he has a signature type of arrow though. it's pure jet black completely with silver arrowheads that are dipped in black paint. other than the bow and arrow, jimin's a terrifying person to be in a fight with when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. here is a list of the types of fighting he has mastered:
