Harry has never pictured his time on Earth to look like this.
While still being somewhere rather indescribable and incomprehensible for human-beings, he has always imagined his little "rescue trip" as he liked to call it to be like something worth noting in the Bible (a book that he never even dreamt of existing) - the person he'd be assigned to would fall on their knees and cry tears of joy as they'd renounce their days full of evil, returning on the "good path" just by looking at him. After all, he was basically the real-life proof that goodness existed with all his kindness, genuinity, graciousness and whatnot. But reality turned out to be not quite like what he had expected.
The time he has already spent on Earth made him recognize how thin the line between good and bad is, how it fluctuates and changes, how there is never one view of a story, just like there is never one absolute truth. The angel began doubting in what he had to do - of course, he was still doing his job, trying to make his pupil-human change their way of being, however... he started to feel like a hypocrite doing it, as he was simultaneously trying to somehow get in touch with other angels and even demons.
