Jimin was born into a broken family of which lived a divided lifestyle.His mother's half choose to follow the good path of life, whereas his father's side lived within the shadows of the night, choosing evil over good. Once born from that of a one night stand between his mother-- A kickass hero who used her telepathic abilities to control bad guys and calm a crime scene; and his father, one of the biggest and baddest current supervillains around. Of course each side wanted for Jimin to fall into their footsteps. The resulting pressure on his shoulders was immense, and he grew to heavily hold a distaste for his family.

No matter where he may go he constantly has to live with the curse of people recognizing him as Hypnotics only son, the supervillain who was able to control minds and bend reality at will it is because of this that Jimin grew to hate his father with a burning passion, swearing to himself that he wouldn't ever fall upon the same path. So the teenager began to train alone, hoping to learn how to better control his telekinetic abilities, and to harness his creation even further. Jimin refused his mother's aid in the process, hating how even with an injury she constantly belittled his method of learning and his strength, preaching day in and day out about how he could do so much better than that. About how he was proving to be a shame to the Park name… at that point Jimin started to doubt the existence of real superheroes.

As the boy grew, so did his familial issues until one day, he had suffered enough. Jimin packed up his things without warning and left for the school. Surely he would be able to find away to better understand his own gifts, particularly the nastier premonitions he suffers from now and then. Maybe… Just possibly along the way he will learn what it means to truly be a hero. .
