biography
the Orphaned at a young age, Chanmi and her younger twin sister Chungha were seperated from the age of 6 to the age of 14. During that time, Chanmi would become Jennie and live in New Zealand with her adoptive family. Writing letters and emails to her sister as often as she could, moving on to texting and video chatting when they both got a way to do so.
During her time in New Zealand, Jennie would become a child model and hon her craft in singing and writing lyrics. At age 14, Jennie along with her sister returned to Korea for High school, Both returning to their respective countries during the summer until the age of 16 where Jennie would be scouted by YG Entertainment as a trainee where she would sharpen her rapping skills.
After training for 6 years, Jennie lost hope for debut and signed with Zeta, where her sister already was training. Being able to be closer to her sister is always a plus to Jennie, and the idea of debuting for real this time seems promising.
personality
Being the oldest, She is very mature and caring towards others. She's a perfectionist and doesn't tolerate people fooling around especially when things need to get done. She looks stoic and has been given the nickname princess due to how she carries herself but in reality she's super shy and introverted and speaks quite softly. WHich is a contrast to how she performs on stage.
