Lunay comes from the very wealthy Zabini family, who although is of halfblood descent is still in very good standing in the Wizarding community. Despite his father being a Fortune 500 business owner, Lunay had always aspired to be more in-tune with his magical side -- but he seeks the same power his father has -- and so he yearns to reach wizarding political prowess. The initial perception everyone has is that he is purely a boy, though Lunay is incredibly intelligent and skilled in magic way beyond his years. He currently interns for the Department of International Magical Cooperation which deals with International Magic Relations. He’s basically a political science student who has the hopes of becoming a Wizarding World Leader someday. 
Despite such big aspirations the kid still manages to throw and attend ragers, cause trouble around campus, and swim through the plethora of girls who throw themselves at him. On top of all this, he is the star Beater for Strixtalon's Quidditch team.
