• ABOUT ME
i'm just going to summarize everything in bullet points because i'm too lazy to write something elaborate and pretty: 

- grew up in korea up until high school, where she disappeared off of the face of the earth. 
- unbeknownst to her classmates, the people who raised her as her parental figures weren't actually her parents but some close family friends. her real parents were in japan and ran one of the largest medical technology companies in the world. 
- it was strange to seolhyun, because she never had a relationship with her real parents and it seemed that her real parents didn't really seem to care for her and only birthed her for the sake of having an heir to the company. 
- however, since seolhyun wasn't a guy, she can't take over the company as her parents would like and has to marry some other rich dude. 
- seolhyun did not like that so she went to medical school and immediately fled to korea once she started her residency. 
- she's going to have to face her parents one day, she just doesn't want to yet. 

a bit about seolhyun's personality: 
- if you knew her prior to her move to japan, she was a bright, sweet, and happy girl. 
- now she's a bit distant, cold to others but is warm to her patients and very caring when it comes to her job. 
- she is genuinely kind, but quiet. 
- it's hard to get close to her because of her mysterious personality and she's usually not so open about talking about her family so she's a tough nut to crack.
