Zhengting had a happy childhood, at least that's what everyone thought. people only saw the fake smiles and giggles that left his parted lips, no one saw the bruises under his clothes, no one saw the scares inside and outside his body. people only assumed he was happy because he was the type to smile no matter what.

his mother was a good person, at least that's what he heard from the people around him, but what did they know? they're the same people who assumed his happiness after all.

his father was another story though, the man died in a car accident when zhengting was 14, an accident that almost took his own life as well, when their car hit a tree and flipped over.

with no parents, his mom being someone he never met, zhengting ended up moving to korea and living with his grandparents until he left for college, and the two old people were the ones he treasure the most in the whole world. after all they were the ones who showed him what love is, and treasured him the most, gave him the will to live and encouraged him to do better. they even went as far as being very understanding to his uality even though they were very religious.

fast forward to present time, despit the love his grandparents showered him with, zhengting was never able to love himself, so he found a new mechanism to deal with that, a hit it and quit it kind of mechanism. one that allowed him to feel loved and be touched even if it was just for a few hours.

despit his high grades, he chose to go major in contemporary dance, after his grandmother told him that he looks the most beautiful when he's dancing.

 

zhengting is a very loving person, he's the type who would offer a bright smile to anyone and everyone.

he would be friends with anyone and everyone, all thanks to his social skills.
he's that one person that no one would think he has the problems he does. he's that person that everyone thinks he got it all, and that he has everything under his belt.
yet when he's alone his demons can't help but crowl out and ruin him.
he suffers from insomnia so he has to take sleeping pills to help him sleep. 
may or may not be suffering from a sever addiction (which he doesn't think is a real thing) because in the end he doesn't know how else to deal with himself other than to let people use him for a few hours.
