DOCUMENT #0008
This document is the transcript of WONWOO JEON's (Code Name: Schrö) interview from DECEMBER 10-12, YEAR 2008. No information from this document shall be disclosed outside the Hero Branch (tentative name) as per request of the beta team and the executive branch.
10th of December, '08
H.B.: State your name, age and powers.
W.J.: Wonwoo Jeon, 12 years old – power is planeswalking; I can go anywhere I want, whenever I want.
H.B.: From which of your parents did you get your powers?
W.J.: My mom gave birth to me in the afterlife plane – that's the most where she could hide and go. I survived being born in that place, so there's that. My dad ... I never really knew, but I was told he had super strength or something.
H.B.: Do you remember when your power first manifested? Could you describe it to us?
W.J.: As you all know ... I guess? My mom is both dead and alive – so when it's too taxing for her to be here, I go to the afterlife plane. Thought it was just another common place everyone could go to back then, to be honest.
H.B.: Though we know of this, this is just for the sake of transcribing. Could you explain to us how your mother is both dead and alive?
W.J.: Uh ... well, the reason why she gave birth to me in the afterlife is really ... she was hiding. Never told me whom she was hiding from – but, am guessing you know that – but you don't need to tell me or anything. But yeah, anyways ... even after I was born she was still being chased and the only way she thought she could save me from being involved is ... to well – kill herself. It's not like she's going to completely disappear anyways, she's still around – but she can't travel to this plane much anymore so, I have to go to the afterlife personally.
H.B.: Thank you for narrating it to us, that must have been hard for you.
W.J.: Yeah, no ... not really. Sometimes I wish I knew but, gotta be thankful am not involved.
H.B.: Don't worry, the Hero Branch will look after you – keep you safe.
W.J.: It's alright, I can pretty much handle myself. Been doing that for 8 years now.
H.B.: And you did a great job at that. What do you know about your dad, Wonwoo?
W.J.: Dunno, probably muscular. All I got from mom is that he's super strong.
H.B.: Was there a reason why your mom didn't talk about your dad?
W.J.: Probably because I didn't ... ask? Not like I wanted to know either.
H.B.: If we were to give you a chance to know more about him, would you want that?
W..J.: ...no? Look, my mom didn't just kill herself for fun – she killed herself for me and I feel like that man has something to do with all of it. Whether am wrong or am not, I would not bother knowing anymore.
H.B.: We understand. If ever your mind changes about this, you are free to approach us.
W.J.: Yeah, whatever. Just ask your next question.
H.B.: Still, we hope you understand we're here to help.
W.J.: Know that – next question please?
H.B.: That'll be all for today, Wonwoo. For now, you can just tour around the facility – use its amenities to your heart's content.

H.B.: How was your first day here at the facility?
W.J.: Cool but really ... why restrict my power so much?
H.B.: It's for your own good. The most recent incident you had really alarmed the government – so we had to take you in and make sure you won't get into such situation again.
W.J.: I was just taking a stroll ... ?
H.B.: Into a restricted area – you could have been killed.
W.J.: I was there for like, what? Two seconds? No one saw me anyways.
H.B.: We did – we saw you.
W.J.: You have tabs on everyone, that's not surprising.
H.B.: We do that for everyone's good.
W.J.: I get it – why was I called again?
H.B.: We were wondering if you could tell us more about your powers. Like, the things you already figured out.
W.J.: I told you, everywhere I want, anytime I want.
H.B.: Could you please elaborate on that?
W.J.: Geez ... okay, old man – a boy needs time to think.
H.B.: Then take your time.
W.J.: So, I don't know for sure how I do it – but I just really concentrate into making this kind of portal. When am bored I just concentrate and it's always random – the things I see on the portal. Sometimes it's here on Earth, sometimes I don't know where the [redacted] I am. I can pretty much bring anything with me as long as it's not for long – although when I hold it or when it's mostly on me they would last as long as I do.
H.B.: Have you ever brought a person incapable of planeswalking with you?
W.J.: ...no — I mean ... I brought my cat? A couple of times? It gets lonely in those places you know.
H.B.: How is the cat now?
W.J.: She's fine ... I mean – you let me bring her here anyways, so you probably know what state she's in.
H.B.: Did the cat show any abnormalities after the planeswalking?
W.J.: Not that she was noisy or anything before – but her 'meow's are just slowly ... just turning into low and soft mewls. She has been with me for 4 years now – so maybe it's just her ... age? But I only brought her at least 2-3 times ever since ... and we never lasted for an hour in a plane. I send her back rather quickly.
H.B.: Thank you for that information, Wonwoo. Is there anything you might want to add?
W.J.: Uh ... I guess I don't let my cat roam. I just hold her in my arms always.
H.B.: We'll keep that in mind. That's pretty much it for today, Wonwoo. You can go and rest.

H.B.: Today is the last day we will be interviewing you – for the mean time. We still aren't sure if interviews will be needed in the future.
W.J.: Yeah ... sure. Not that I have much of a choice anyway.
H.B.: How was is your stay here so far?
W.J.: Can't say am missing home – am just pretty bored most of the time but at least I still get to see mom.
H.B.: Don't worry, we will be giving you your first task soon.
W.J.: Figures – those tests you ran on me yesterday, what are they for?
H.B.: Just for records and to assess your general health.
W.J.: Are you trying to know my limit?
H.B.: No, not quite. You see Wonwoo, your power in a sense, is limitless – there is no need for knowing the limit.
W.J.: Guess you have a point – but if something interesting happens, I'll tell you about it.
H.B.: Thank you for your cooperation, Wonwoo.
W.J.: It's alright – at least something to do while I'm on detention.
H.B.: You can take off your limiter after this interview, don't worry. We just have a couple more questions for you.
W.J.: Really? I'm ... you're letting me – stroll again?
H.B.: Yes, but we still have you monitored.
W.J.: NO, NO, it's okay ... [redacted] am just really happy I get to stroll again.
H.B.: We're glad that you are, Wonwoo. We'll be getting into the questions now.
W.J.: Oh ... yeah, sure.
H.B.: Have you ever tried to bring anything from the other planes here?
W.J.: Many times – but as soon as I let go of them they deteriorate really fast
H.B.: Was there a special reason why you brought those things here?
W.J.: Just to see how long they will last – I guess? I mean, not because I did not let go doesn't mean it doesn't ... disappear after a while. Rather than test stuff here on another dimension, I did it vice-versa – just so if I lose it, it won't matter much.
H.B.: How long can you last in another dimension?
W.J.: If it's boring I would not last a second – so many boring dimensions out there. For real! Some are just empty spaces – like, what's the purpose? If the dimension is really enjoyable – like that one time I went to 'Seoul' and really thought I was here on Earth when I realized that people there did not sleep – at all. I got to stay there for like 3 days before I realized that ... I was the only one sleeping in the whole place.
H.B.: If you could last in such plane for so long, why did you still come back here?
W.J.: Dunno, really? It's not homesickness since ... the afterlife is basically my home if you think about it more. I just have this – weird attachment with Earth.
H.B.: That was all there is to ask! Thank you, Wonwoo. You can take off your limiter now – but remember that we are watching you.

Most rewarding hero work so far?
I'm merely an archivist – not much can be expected from me when it comes to hero work. If you call multidimensional recycling as 'hero work' then there you have it. If plastic takes years to decompose here, then I'll take them to another dimension for them to decompose in an instance. I know the perfect wasteland.
Thoughts on the 'hero' and 'villain' dichotomy – where do you belong?
I'm a hero – not that I have any choice not to. I owe the Hero Branch a lot so, there's that. As for the label of being a 'hero' or being a 'villain', I mostly believe it's just for the feeling of being included since the goal of both is to eradicate what's wrong and uphold what's right; primary difference? Their concept of right and wrong but still, somewhat the same if you think about it.
Question here?

OUT OF CHARACTER ╱ 타자수
• I don't mind getting called by my character's name or my username — whichever you prefer, really. My timezone is GMT+8 but due to my schedule, I tend to be more around in the evening till dawn than morning till afternoon.
• I lean more towards 3rd POV but I can work with detailed 1st POV if it is more preferred. As for genres, it really depends on which trope my character falls. I can work with mature themes with the exception of (even if I am of legal age and my character is of legal age too) due to personal reasons.
• Pre-made plots are provided on the plotlines section but feel free to PM me if you would like to plot further — or if you wish to do any of the pre-mades. Prompts are mainly for much shorter and more casual threads if we cannot come up with detailed plots for the mean time.
• Pre-established relationships are highly welcomed as long as you do not metagame/godmod. I like to flesh out my character thus I prefer to have lengthy and detailed profiles. However, not because it is there, does not mean you can fully use it to your own accord — it is my cheatsheet, not yours. Information that are most probably disclosed are basics, quirks, interests, and some aspects of my character's personality and power.
• I mostly prefer to drop starters but if you think it is much more appropriate for you to do so, then feel free to drop the starter. I tend to mirror, but when I feel more inspired than usual, my replies may be much lengthier — it is fine with me if you do not mirror but at least give me something to work with.
• If ever I lose muse for our thread, I will surely give you a heads up. Please do not excessively poke me since I keep a tracker and it makes me uncomfortable. If ever you lose muse for our thread, no hard feelings — just PM me and maybe we could start with another or just casually chat.
• I tend to multi-para and I am capable of writing novella — although it mostly depends on the plot and my muse. My writing style is kind of in between lyrical writing and purple prose — I use figure of speech alot especially metaphor. I can go beige prose if you prefer very straightforward writing.
