Regret. Everyday Hyunho is filled with regret of moving into Jangseung. Just like everyone else, he couldn't leave. He moved out of the city five years ago because he wanted to live in a small quiet town. A lot of mishaps happened on his first day in town - death, boat accident, a student comitting suicide; while in a restaurant he overheard a group of old women talking about spirals and how the mishaps were related to it. In a week, he have heard more stories about the spirals and seeing how it affected the town people, Hyunho decided to ignore the presence of the spirals. He kept to himself most of the time and never engaged in any conversation related to the atrocious symbol. Every funerals would not be attended, not caring if it made him look bad. He just wanted to live in peace.
