❝ Great Escape ❞ | Plot
⤠ male/female/enby (2 spots)
⤠ trainee (or artist, as applicable)
⤠ Without a group to be assigned to quite yet, the managerial staff always draw straws and decide who'll leave the comforts of their own home to sleep in the little unit reserved in trainee building to watch over the kids for the night. It's thankless work, what with the this-is-temporary floor mattress and the paper-thin walls but it's Kyungpyo's turn tonight and he can't even spill his usual excuse since Sua's with her mom for the week. Unable to sleep, he makes the journey out to the convenience store across the street. Or, he starts to, when he's met with someone that should definitely be asleep sneaking out. (We can take this in many directions tbh, my initial vision is anxious/cold feet and gotta get out to breathe for a while, i.e. a nice soft mentor/mentee plot BUT he could also be stopping someone sneaking out for other reasons)❝ We Only See Each Other at Recitals and...❞ | Connection
⤠ female (1 spot)
⤠ any walk of life outside of trainee/artist
⤠ It's crazy to believe that a relationship can ever turn sour when you're in the honeymoon phase, but all things must come to a reality-reminding, screeching halt. You and Kyungpyo were in love at one point, you were ecstatic when Sua was born, but busy careers forced a wedge between the two of you that got steadily larger as time went on. One night of loneliness and restlessness turned into many, and when the affair reached Kyungpyo, he couldn't find it in himself to be angry. Hurt, yes. Genuinely frustrated with himself for the hurt caused, yes. Eventually, you two split and only see each other when necessary.
❝ Tears of a Violin ❞ | Plot
⤠ male/female/enby (1 spot)
⤠ any walk of life outside of fan
⤠ After everything caved in for Kyungpyo career-wise, he refused to touch another instrument; especially his beloved violin that had been gifting to him by his mother. He'd let her down and couldn't bear the way the little wooden thing reminded him of that. Be it the "King Pyo" burned into the base or the way the bow felt utterly wrong gripped in his left hand, everything felt wrong and he tucked the thing away in his closet for good, resolving simply to never play again. Recently, though, Kyungpyo's found a new resolve and unearthed the dusty thing. The only issue is, while he's slowly grown to feel right holding the violin again, he can't seem to find his usual spark. King Pyo was legendary. All of his songs were happy and fun, blending genres and breeding inspiration in others. Kyungpyo today can't even eek a single cheerful note. All he can seem to play are sad songs; one of which you happen to hear ghosting through the company halls late one night.
