Description
Public knowledge
- showed up in the city a few months ago, background unknown
- assumed to be a human
- known to be not quite there mentally (talking to himself, telling absolutely wild stories, insisting he's an animal, etc)
- taken in by powerdrive, who got him set up with work as a bartender
- generally seen as a charity case who is put up with because powerdrive is his guardian
- is considered harmless because he refuses to kill even an ant
What people don't know
- was born and raised in the city
- has powers
- immortal mind: The ability to absorb the consciousness of living beings, and let them live on in his own mind.
- can only absorb those he kills
- passive ability, ie not something he can activate or deactivate by choice
- it takes time for each consciousness to properly manifest in his mind, ranging from mere seconds to years
- unnoticeability: The ability to be unnoticed and/or ignored in presence and actions.
- this ability does not make him undetectable, ie any detection software or trap will still be effective
- ineffective when activated after you've already focused your attention on him, ie if you're talking to him and he activates this power, he won't suddenly disappear
- ineffective if he's the center of attention (although a crowd will get more easily distracted), ie if three people are pointing right at him, the fourth person will notice him without much difficulty
- taking people's focus off of him so that he is 'ignored' ie 'unnoticed' is an aspect of this power he needs to activate for it to take effect
- a passive aspect of this power, is that even those who have noticed him, once they carry on about their day, will forget about riley
- to be determined
- immortal mind: The ability to absorb the consciousness of living beings, and let them live on in his own mind.
- is, in fact, mad - the public is not wrong there
