I own a Japanese Confectionary named, "Rakki Kashi", that he took over from his grandfather. I don't work at the confectionary all the time, but I check-in from time to time just to make sure everything is being run properly.

 

I'm pretty laid-back and easygoing, but I can get easily frustrated and quick to lose my temper. I don't explode or anything like that - I'd like to think I'm able to filter my emotions properly. It just takes me a minute or two to calm down before I'm back to normal.
