Honestly, she isn't a crazy person... she's just a little misunderstood. It hurts her a little to be nether accepted along humans nor now along vampires as she has hard time to be accepted without any faceades.
Powers
1) Wall crawling, yes, she may look like someone from horror movie.
2) Supernatural beauty, I think it is quite logical, tell me that she isn't enchanting.
3) Love & Lust manipulation, along her charming looks the girl has some other tricks that help her get what she wants, she emits a scent which dazes anyone, be it vampire or human the effect would be nicely compared to the Siren song when sailors come to face their death willingly, that is how powerful it is. But everything has their own limit and so does her powers. She needs to be always aware she is manipulating someone's feelings, once lost concentration the effect wears off.
4) Telepathy, once in contact with skin Chungha may read other's thoughts, not completely sometimes it can be like a recording from radio with bad signal, getting cut off a lot in the middle. With eye contact she can put her thoughts inside someone's head it helps with her other manipulation skills a lot.
5) Teleportation she can't do too big distances but it does a trick to teleport behind a house or from inside to outside or even to the next street but that is it, of course using it well and not being caught does the trick. Nobody knows how much does she have that power.
6) Vampire manipulation, her eyes shine bright red as she uses her words well, word after word following by mysterious sounds which put other vampires in daze, by strong will power it can be broken in few minutes but once lucky she can get away with making another vampire do a dirty deed for a whole hour, however the longer she manipulates someone the more exhausted and harmed she gets.

Chungha before this all wasn't someone who knew the difference between reality and fantasy, she was no different as she is now, her behavior was dangerous and made her own family throw her away, they dragged her by her hair to the psychiatry hospital, she didn't spend too much time out there though in a day or two the war broke down, the building fell apart, many died and many escaped, she had no idea what was happening as she roamed the dangerous streets, she doesn't remember exactly how and why but the girl was turned into a vampire the same day and it was the best gift she could ask for.

She can hold you close and cuddle you and as soon something is triggered inside she may try to choke you to death as she wouldn't wish to share you with anyone. Chungha wants everything done her way, she really enjoys it but oh she is thrilled once a surprise appears here and there. Even though murdering someone is illegal up to a death penalty, Chungha does exactly that when she thinks it is necessary to do. Many have suspicions and put her on trial but there was never enough evidence... and why is that? Maybe she keeps herself clean, maybe she isn't as psycho as most of people think and actually cleans up her own mess or maybe there are even higher ups helping her or maybe it is both? Nobody really knows. A true mystery.

Chungha has been stabbed by blessed knife, left in an open area on a sunny day, hours have passed, she is weak, her skin is about to rip open and shatter into dust, you however save her by taking her home, (giving blood if possible) she takes quite a bit to recover so you two spend time together and the more you do you notice what a weird creature she is, was it worth saving her?
