Felix never asked for this life. He was surrounded by riches, had servants at his every beck and call, and guards to protect him from all danger— To an outsider, he lives the perfect sheltered life. To him, he’s living a nightmare. Felix was forced to grow into the role his mother, the Red Queen, currently had and was expected to rule over a kingdom with a cold heart. But the boy was far from that. He was a fragile soul since birth, and always found it hard to even ask the servants to do things for him. He wanted to be like all of the other kids and live a normal life— And at one point, it seemed like that was possible. Felix used to have a best friend, a boy from outside of their kingdom that frequently visited him and kept him company. They would run around and cause mischief all over the town, just being young children having fun. Until his mother stepped into the picture— The Red Queen couldn’t stand to see her son turning soft because of an outsider, and wanted to teach him a lesson. Felix was to be held at a higher class than everyone else. The rest of the people were meant to be treated as dirt beneath their feet, and no one deserved to even be within their presence if they weren’t there to serve them. And to hold Felix’s best friend accountable for ‘corrupting’ her son, the Red Queen commanded that it was “off with his head.” Since that day, Felix pushed everyone away and refused to get and closer with anyone in his life out of fear he would lose them again. But even that hurt, so within himself, he allowed himself to grow into the person his mother expected him to be— Cold, distant, and show no weakness to the rest of the world. But... Imagine his surprise when, years later, he bumps into the friend he thought he once lost. [Plot could either go as a sweet reunion, or Felix noticing his once cheerful, innocent friend was now different and seemed to have a darker side to him instead.]

Oh, to catch the attention of the Prince of Hearts. Whether it was a blessing or a curse, you were caught up in it and Felix wouldn’t let you go so easily. Everything about you was perfect to him— All because you pulled him out of the way of a horse carriage that had run out of control. Felix was infamously known to be cold and cruel as he took closely after his mother, the Red Queen. Because of this, he has had many people (ironically) after his head or wished him harm. But you weren’t from his kingdom, and you saved him when others would’ve loved to just want him get run over. Felix was blindly in love with you and used all his authority to get you the best service from the kingdom while you were visiting, and swarmed you each day with attempts of affection by sending bouquets, sweets, and etcetera to get your attention. What he didn’t realize that you knew exactly who he was, and that they had already met when they were younger. When they were just children, you had a crush on Felix. Instead of accepting your feelings then, he bullied you constantly— Pushing you around, getting other kids to take your belongings, and trampling all over your feelings until the day you left for good. Now he was head over heels for you, and all for what? Because you save his life? Because you were so much more attractive now? Whatever the case, you weren’t interested one bit. But.. Maybe you could benefit from this situation. Should you bring his past back to haunt him and torment him the same way he did when they were younger? Or should you use him for your own profit while he was so eager to do anything you asked for even just a glance his direction?

Felix didn’t know who you were, but somehow you were able to see right through him. With a heart of gold, you held your hand out to the cruel prince that everyone else has already given up on. It was obvious to you that it was all an act, a facade he put up. But he couldn’t understand why you would bother wasting your time trying to save someone like him. Perhaps it was the strange way he showed his concern for people. But whatever the case, it was an act of kindness he did for you years ago, and now you wanted to pay it back. You couldn’t believe that the same person who helped you so long ago had turned into a cold-hearted tyrant as everyone else considered him. It just wasn’t possible. But he wasn’t going to easily let you in. Felix told himself that he refused to allow himself to grow too attached to anyone, in fear of betrayal or losing them for whatever reason some day. But you were determined to find out why he ended up this way and how you could help him go back to his old, true self that was locked away deep within his heart of ice. That’s what you wanted to do— But... The task is proving to be harder than you think. Felix has wounds so deep, it was practically impossible to get through to him. Are you going to keep trying? Or will you give up after all the futile attempts?
