Arthur believes that Locerys Targaryen is the result of Aerys the late Joanna Lannister, thus making him Rhaegar's half-brother and a bastard Blackfyre. In his eyes Loki's reign is the result of a Lannister plot to usurp the throne.
Arthur is in deep denial over having been in love with Rhaegar when the Silver Prince still lived.
He believes all of the lies surrounding Loki's reign, save for the foundational lie of Loki being Rhaegar's twin.
