before she was flown out of the country, naeun was a second mother figure for most of her younger siblings. knowing the importance of loyalty, she was kind hearted towards her brothers and sisters. with high expectations always on her shoulders, naeun's time was expensive as she would spend her time either in school, academies, or with tutors. but she always managed to make time for family in the end.

in 2018, her mother reached out and invited the estranged daughter back to the country, but naeun turned down the offer. it was only two years later in 2020 did she finally return once she learned that a family battle for the throne was about to begin. the princess was ready to give it all to get her family that crown. and her plans began with bringing down a certain leading royal from the house of goguryeo. what was only supposed to be one scandalous night on the town turned into the beginning of an unexpected romance.
