coming from a family loyal to the gogureo house, it wasn't much of a surprise for taemin to enlist into the military when he came of age. the young adult proved to be a great warrior of his time. the military official quickly caught the attention of the higher ups who had great plans for him.  

during a mission out of the country, his entire troop went missing in an 'accident'. a ruse to allow him and his fellow soldiers to go undercover for the royal families of aerok. they were to leave their past lives behind and start new ones where they would plant themselves across the country as hidden intelligence agents that would continue to work on taking down internal terrorists as they protected the royals in both far and close proximation. while some of his fellow agents were placed in the aerokian mafia, or in high socitey life, taemin found himself the closest to the royals as possible.

as far as people know, lee taemin has always existed and he's just another person that graces the streets of aerok.
