pain. all that yuyan ever knew was pain, and loneliness. she never knew her parents, and from day one she never had a figure she could rely on, only cold caretakers at the orphanage where she's being treated like a worker. at the age of 8 years old, it had come to their knowledge that she is an alpha, and she was sold to the market as a slave. lots of people bid on her, and for various sinister reasons.

but she was eventually bought by a very powerful person, the head of the garden mafia, the gardener herself. the gardener trained her to be a member of the mafia, but also she raised yuyan as her own daughter, adopting her in the process. she grew up to be her personal bodyguard who only obeys the gardener's heeds and calling. doing everything for her bidding, no matter how sinful and wrong it is.

the assassination of the gardener was what put an end to it, done by the biological son of the gardener. he was hungry of the power his mother had, and jealous of yuyan and the gardener's relationship. when it was made known to him that yuyan will be replacing her if the gardener ever stepped down, he was furious. now yuyan is on the run, finding the mansion with the help of a friend of hers and seeking protection, lying dormant
