Bio: Created deep underground in a lab that was hidden from the City above; he was the secret project of a greedy corporation and a man obsessed with his own immortality. He created his idea of the perfect specimen and found a way to program the most efficient personality into the creation, the final step was transferring his soul. It wasn't straightforward technology, but his own brilliant program combined with a type of magic found deep in the Underworld. With it he became the life inside his own machine and his mortal body died.
Rumors and myth know him by many names: The Collector, The Toy Maker, The Doctor.
He is always seeking perfection, always wanting to push the limits of his own knowledge, and his own creations. An expert in bio-mechanics he is looking to fuse technology with magic to create something even more perfect than either one alone. When he finds something he deems perfect, he simply has to preserve it. Taking living beings and replacing them piece by piece to make them as immortal as he is; perfection for eternity. 
Though he was born a faerie and sold into Circuit City as a pretty toy for a rich couple, his intelligence and affinity for the technology available in the City bought him a ticket into a job as a scientist. From there he spent decades improving the build of androids, creating biomechanical bodies that were indistinguishable from living bodies, and programs that could replicate the complicated emotions and logic of living beings.

Personality: A true perfectionist. He is obsessive to the point of being completely apathetic to the desires or thoughts of other people. He sees anything that is biological as being less than, imperfect. His desire is to create a perfect world filled with perfect beings. He has a set vision of what his world will look like, and a single minded focus to create it in his image.
