Octavia Mariana of Dalmatia was once born as a princess, the eighth royal children of the king and queen of a small city in Dalmatia. She grew up inside the castle walls, and she had never met her other siblings as the other died in the battles out of their city to protect against the conquerors. She only met the 7th child, her older sister Septemia Marcella and her younger brother Novemtus Marius. They were the only ones left for the king and queen's family and they decided that their younger brother should be the crowned prince and the seventh child should be married into another royal family to make peace with them and no blood would be spilled. That's where she was left the only royal sho cannot be exchanged or be in any more higher positions.

When she was on her 18th year, her parents let her go around the city with guards around her. Octavia smiles and starts roaming around the city, that's where she met a man, a peasant who was good-willed and kind to everyone. That man was Marcus, he was a blacksmith along with his father and forged swords for the guards and soldiers in their barracks. Octavia and Marcus eventually fell in love with each other but when her parents knew about their affair, they lock her up inside her room and provided everything however they can only let her out of her room when they had occassions which she got herself entangled with another man whom she didn't know is a vampyre. He told the princess she could help her see her lover, Marcus without knowing but she had to keep it a secret that the man is a vampyre.

That night, the vampyre helped the princess to get off the room and rides a carriage where he took her to Marcus. The two reunited again in a cabin and spend their whole night in there. Once they bid their farewell, the vampyre took her back to the castle and kept everything in place as if she didn't leave. However, little did she know she already carrying the fruit of their love which she knew after a month or two. The vampyre decided to take her out of the castle for her safety once the king and queen found out about her pregnancy. Octavia packed some of her clothes and took a carriage which the vampyre provided for her and left the city and into a secluded village in Rome where she hides her pregnancy and lived alone.

Months had passed, the princess starts laboring, having herself a hard time to give birth as it is a painful process of being a new mother. It is indeed excruciating and screamed on top of her lungs until she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Octavia, however, get sick more because of it. Her illness was terminal and she might only have a month to live, spending all her life to take care of her son while she cannot stand longer. She sung a lullaby to her son and smile at him. She promised to protect him and the other generation of her bloodline.

When she became more weaker than she expected, she told the vampire to take her son to his father before looking giving him a letter of farewell and for their son when he grows up. She begged the vampyre to take care of him while he is away to bring their child to Marcus. Octavia was getting weaker and couldn't feel her feet as her health is deteoriating fast than usual. The vampyre came back in the nick of time where she begged him to turn her, she already knew the consequences but she is determined to watch over their son and the upcoming generation of them. She will tell her descendants about them and their bloodline were used to be kings and queens.

Many years had passed, Octavia named herself as Kim Taeyeon, a mystical wine owner of Octavian Grapes, who rarely shows her face to the public as she wanted her privacy be very mysterious. Anyone who tries to find out her secrets were nowhere to be found. She produces blood wine exclusively for vampyres and only them could get for free. She is one of the founding elders of the vampyre society who provided half of the supplies in the blood bank and the hospital in Arcani Heights.
