a musician who once brought a smile to their audience's lips that seek for entertainment or happiness. this was the type of person that joshua wanted to be. he had a burning passion for music where he aimed to reach high as the looming clouds above. it was the kind of image that he held a tight grasp ever since the start of high school. he never opted to be a doctor, engineer or some psychiatrist. he longed to share the creativity of music that he had kept inside the depths of his heart. the same vision that he believe would aid his step-sister and bring life to his passion over music.

in the ripe age of 4 he was raised by his mother who was once an assassin trained under a special association that targets on bringing down the government. the day he was brought into the world was terrifying considering the situation that his mother had and her missions. he stayed with one of his mother's friends until she could finally come back to her son. he had never met his father and assumed he was long gone according to his mother's stories.

soon when joshua turned 13 he had a new father. a step-father who was once a part of his mother's enemies until now he worked as a computer engineer and gained a new step-sister who was blind. from their parents they were trained to develop a few skills that they themselves knew would come in handy for the near future. it wasn't a susprise that joshua figured out that his mother owned a few weapons tucked inside the premises of their house from the basement. from his mother he was trained to have the capabilities of acquiring the skill set to be a master of weapons and hunter just like her.

a rifle, knife, crossbow; you name it he learned it. every day he would come home from school he would join his mother in order to take lessons on utilizing different weapons. he never understood why does he need to require these practices when nothing would ever happen in the future. no one would kill him or his family. although, his mother did accumulate a few enemies in the past so might as well stay aware and alert over what would may occur.

he brought yeji, his step-sister with him from downtown, los angeles to south korea where there he chased his dreams and helped his sister get into a good university. life has been steady between both siblings until the outbreak started. he was so close in achieving the goal that would finally bring down his sister's suffering over her vision. he had to protect her as much as possible. joshua was unaware of his parents whereabouts and decided to leave them a message that he soon deleted after it was sent. he doubt that their parents ever got the message ever since the outbreak. the last time they talked they had a few issues themselves that they were trying to handle.

now reborn a hunter against the turmoil that looms within the vicinity of south korea. he had no idea such a circumstance would ever emerge in his entire life of living through the community. luckily, he and his step-sister knew how to survive this chaos using the techniques they developed from their parents. joshua trained under a master of weapons and yeji who had the skill of hand to hand combat and mixed martial arts.
