Short Background: Jessica Jung was born in the US, along with her sister Chrystal. They were born into a rich family so as early as she could remember, they were provided with things they want and they were very well sheltered. Jessica loved fashion, she would mix up her wardrobe back when she was young to try and come up with styles. Since then, she always dreamed of having her own fashion line.

During a vacation in Seoul with her family when she was only 11, she and her sister were spotted by a talent scout of Petal Entertainment. She can sing and dance and thinking that it'll paved the way to her dream, she agreed to audition. Chrystal, however, was not allowed by their parents as she was still 'too young'.

Things were not easy. She had to prove herself that she was worth it and that the company will benefit from her. She trained for seven years until she finally debuted in a girl group, Girl's Generation.

Things are getting better. A year before she debuted, her sister Chrystal was finally allowed by their parents to join the audition and luckily, she became a trainee of this new girl group that the company was currently making.

Just when she thought everything is okay, 2 years after she debuted, the company announced bankruptcy. And to make things worse, her sister never debuted.

Jessica, having been known in the spotlight for at least 9 years - her trainee years included, received offers from different entertainment companies. She went with Spotlight Entertainment and mainly focused on her career as a solo artist.

2 years after coming back in the industry as a solo artist, she announced the opening of her own fashion line, Blanc and Eclare. On top of that, she made the bold decision to manage a new group within the entertainment. The higher ops finds her well fit for the job and so she got the job.
