Markings (scars, tattoos, piercings, etc.): On his mask, or what is seen as his face to the more observant; would be two paint splatters. One pink and one baby blue, specifically around his eyes.
Personality: Kind, warm-hearted and quite the jokester. No flaws of any kind, just a genuine being at hand.
Story: One of the best doctors anyone could ask for, yet will only visit by chance. He travels across the world by land or sea, looking to help anyone he encounters. Cannot be called for, yet luck may be on your side if you are feeling terrible.
