Cold, weightless, morose. Documenting her mundane travels of survival, the young Anya's knuckles bled fresh as the Soulsword clinked and clanged until it was no longer present. It was at this very moment, standing above the swirling fires of Limbo after years of hunting and torment, did Anya choose not to fight anymore -- to choose solace. This is how she ended up at Pendray, after being forced to endure the rigamaroll of experimentation, child slavery, and inter-dimensional wars. The girl's soul was spent, and she felt herself growing weaker in response to all the fighting, as she laid waste to the focus on growing her magic, and instead had to be on defensive mode around the clock. 

Anya's true power resides within manifestation itself, it was only after she learned she could travel between dimensions, did she unlock her true power. Within her, burns the peculiar blue light of the soulsword, and incredibly powerful weapon that /was/ Anya's first physical manifestation. Every time she engages in battle with the Soulsword, Anya grows another plate of armor. At the time of her introduction at Pendray, the armor has been completely summoned, but for mobility purposes she only manifests her swinging arm. In full-on battle, Anya's full plate of armor also spouts great horns and a massive, clobber-like tail. Multi-talented in hand-to-hand combat, increased durability due to magic, Anya also discovered through her time-space travels, that there was a specific place that embues her powers greatly, and this place is called Limbo. 

Little did Anya know at the time of its inception, that Limbo was created in her mind as a way to escape the atrocities she was enduring, but she had always imagined it to be a place in her dreams. Here, in Limbo, Anya is able to manifest anything she desires, which is where her third main manifestation was documented. This can be seen in her companion Lockheed, who's normal appearance takes that of a draconic sock puppet, but upon igniting her powers sourced from Limbo, is birthed into a real-life, fire-breathing dragon. Lockheed is a comfort device for Anya, the puppet she's had since she was a wee girl, and is the single most important thing to the girl. Many don't understand, as Anya prefers to keep the length of her powers and her fighting history to herself, so all they see is a beautiful women speaking to a dilapidated puppet
