Observations:

- a quickly regenerative skin. If it wasn’t, his body would not be able to cope with the way it tears itself apart.    
- his body IS quite literally, tearing itself to pieces. Without the means to digest human flesh well, this entity can almost seem like a corpse himself.   
- Old, rotting flesh is shed like snake skin to make way for a new layer that keeps him intact.    
- Can only exist on a diet of strictly human flesh. Other meat/seat substitutes can’t be digested by him and will make him fall ill for days.   
- Being in near constant pain from his insatiable appetite, the entity is known to be aggressive.
- Much like a wendigo, ‘Felix’ as he has dubbed himself is able to mimic the voices of people who’s voice he’s heard before. For himself, he uses a deep, masculine voice of a person who he got rid of a long time ago.   
- He likes to look pretty and harmless to get what he wants - more food. Unfortunately the staff are warned of his charms. 
- Not much is known about him and his origins, only that he’d be best avoided.
